Who is J?
Jay Wideman, better known as Baldy Locks and the 3 Hairs (@jaywideman69), is the bald, bearded heart of the show.On TikTok, he built a community by being unapologetically himself: cracking jokes, making people laugh, and reminding everyone that life’s too short to be miserable. He never set out to be an influencer, he set out to be a mate in your pocket, someone who can turn a bad day around with a silly grin or a sarcastic punchline.
But Jay is more than just a funny bloke online. He’s a former ice hockey player, yes, in the UK, which is already hilarious enough, and he’s built like a brick wall with biceps. He goes to the gym religiously, the kind of guy who gets twitchy if he hasn’t lifted something heavy in the past 24 hours. Yet behind the muscles and the beard, there’s a warm-hearted, self-deprecating Manc who never pretends to have it all figured out. He’s strong enough to deadlift a small car, but honest enough to admit that a bit of rain makes him cry.
